The Ungerpleinflat, completed in the 1930s as the tallest residential tower in pre-war Netherlands, has been renovated into a comfortable residential building. There are 49 stylish one, two, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 50 to 90 m2, intended for temporary rental. Each apartment is equipped with modern amenities, including underfloor heating, (wireless) internet, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a dryer. Each apartment also has its own terrace or (indoor) balcony. Several apartments have their own storage in the basement.
