How long can I stay at UP2?
Our concept is Short Stay. You can rent with us for 1 month up to a maximum of 6 months.
What does an apartment cost per month?
That depends on the chosen apartment and the chosen options. Call us, we will gladly calculate it for you.
What is included in the rent of the apartment?
The rent includes consumption of gas, water, and electricity. Use of all equipment in your apartment, high-speed wireless wifi in your apartment, use of bicycle storage, and weekly cleaning of the common areas. Several apartments have their own storage in the basement.
What is optional to book?
You can (if available) rent a parking space in a parking garage located at Benthemstraat through us. Weekly cleaning of your apartment is also an option.
Are towels and bedding provided?
Of course, that is present. We have thought of everything, even a pen and a notepad to write down your messages.
Where can I register?
Tenants can register at the address
